Pizza Dough
Makes 4 small pizza doughs. Great for thin baking stone/steel pizza.
Ingredients
- 550 ml water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1.2 l pizza (type 0) flour
Directions
- Mix the water, sugar, yeast and check that the yeast is alive.
- Add the olive oil and salt.
- Add the flour, mix and knead.
- Add additional flour and keep kneading until the dough is somewhat smooth and possible to stretch thin.
- Divide the dough into four equal parts and knead each part smooth.
- Add some oil to four small containers and put the dough parts inside.
- Put the containers into the refridgerator and let them rise for 1-7 days.
