Pizza Dough

Makes 4 small pizza doughs. Great for thin baking stone/steel pizza.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the water, sugar, yeast and check that the yeast is alive.
  2. Add the olive oil and salt.
  3. Add the flour, mix and knead.
  4. Add additional flour and keep kneading until the dough is somewhat smooth and possible to stretch thin.
  5. Divide the dough into four equal parts and knead each part smooth.
  6. Add some oil to four small containers and put the dough parts inside.
  7. Put the containers into the refridgerator and let them rise for 1-7 days.
